OUR POLICIES

ORDER PROCESSING: Some items are considered PRE-ORDERS. Please remember that any pre-order items will have an additional three business day processing time-frame on top of the standard order handling timeframe.

REFUNDS: Please be advised that refunds are provided at our discretion and must be requested within three days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, free from any signs of wear and tear. Please understand buyers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returning the item.

RETURNS: For returns, kindly ensure they are processed within a maximum of three days starting from the purchase date. Just to let you know, the buyer is responsible for both return shipping costs and the product itself.

PICK UPS: Special Request only!

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated based on the zip code of the delivery address and the total weight of your order. Any orders amounting to $100.00 or above qualify for complimentary shipping.
